Chelsea Driving School is licensed by the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC). Chelsea Driving School has provided and will continue to provide quality and excellent training to all drivers.
We offer a complete range of programs for people with or without experience. Our courses are designed to include strong attention on road safety and accident prevention. policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling, Late-Shows, and No-shows
  • If you wish to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson, we require at least 72 hours notice, otherwise you forfeit the fees you have paid for the lesson. There will be no refund or rescheduling for any lesson cancelled within 72 hours.
  • If you are within 10 minutes late, you will receive the balance of your scheduled lesson and charged for the full lesson.
  • If you are late beyond 15 minutes, the instructor will leave and you will not be refunded for the lesson.
Refunds:
  • There will be no refund for driving lessons or road test sessions that have taken place.
  • Refunds will be paid for unused lesson(s) provided notice is received by the school 72 Hours prior to the scheduled lesson(s). The cancellation fee will apply to refunds requested within 72 hours of a scheduled lesson.
  • Processing fees of 25$ will be applied on any refund.
  • For refunds on packages, lessons used will be charged at the individual driving lesson rate.
